Xanh Studio is a fine jewelry brand reimagining Asian heritage through modern wearable heirlooms.
Founded by Rachel Nhan, a Vietnamese-American designer and Texas native based in New York City, the brand draws inspiration from Asian art, architecture, symbolism, and nostalgic experiences that shape our sense of identity and belonging.
The word "Xanh" (pronounced [sahn]) means both green and blue in Vietnamese, embodying the idea of holding multiple identities within one entity. This duality lies at the heart of the brand, exploring the intersection of heritage and modernity, tradition and reinvention.
After more than a decade in fashion design, Rachel returned to her roots in digital sculpture and taught herself jewelry CAD, merging her passions for art, storytelling, and craftsmanship. Inspired in part by New York City's Chinatown—a home away from home that reflects many of her own cultural influences—she creates pieces that feel personal, sculptural, and deeply meaningful.
Each piece is digitally sculpted in 3D CAD, cast in precious metal, and hand-finished in New York City's historic Diamond District.
